Part 1: Follow Your Heart & Find Your Why
The first workshop of the 4-part series will focus on helping you get clear about what your dream business (and life) looks like.
Guided reflective exercises and movement-based modalities will help you get out of your head and into your body so you can reconnect with your heart’s true desire and release any judgments or doubts that might be getting in the way of fully stepping into your vision.
This workshop is for you if…
You’re wondering how to actually make money doing something you love without burning out.
You have a lot of ideas but aren’t quite sure which one to start with.
You’re curious about working for yourself but wondering if you have what it takes.
You’re feeling disconnected, burnt, out, or stuck, especially when it comes to your creative or professional life.
This workshop will reinspire and ignite you, ground you in “your why,” and support you in seeing the next step forward to creating a life and career you truly love.
Hear what people have to say about the workshop.
*Please note this workshop incorporates some movement.
Part 2: Launch Your Idea & Land Your First Client
Learn the 4 actions you need to take to launch your creative business and land your first paying client.
By the end of our time together you will be clear about…
What service or product to offer and how to package it in a way that makes sense for you, your client, and your business
Who your ideal, target client is, and what makes you best suited to serve them
How to leverage your current network to actually find and book your first client or make your first sale.
Any negative thoughts or doubts holding you back from launching your business into the world
We’ll start with a short tone set to let go of any worry or anxiety at the door and be fully present for our time together before moving into content delivery and interactive, strategic exercises, before ending with an open Q&A.
You’ll also walk away with a comprehensive guide that outlines everything we cover during the workshop and includes an exact script you can use to reach out to your network.
Part 3: Selling With Heart | Growing Your Business In a Way That Feels Good
This workshop will show you how to grow your business in a way that feels natural, easy, and free of sales-y, sleazy tactics.
In addition to providing real-life examples of how you can talk about your work or share your products in a way that feels authentic to you (and giving you some best practices of how & where to share), we’ll also dive deeper into the power of storytelling and branding, and show you different places you can tell stories (instead of sell) in your marketing efforts. This is selling in a way that’s true to who you are.
You will walk away with…
A robust understanding of how to use authentic storytelling to share your products and services in a way that feels good
Deeper understanding and ownership of who you are and the magic you create for people through your work
A clear structure and framework for telling your brand story, the content piece that helps
This is a hands-on, interactive workshop, during which attendees will be asked to share throughout. Please come ready to participate, connect, and walk away with actionable takeaways for yourself and your business.
Part 4: The Art of Pitching & Partnerships
In this workshop, we’ll pull back the curtain on pitching yourself or your business for media features, press, collaborations, partnerships, and more.
We’ll cover what a pitch is (and isn’t!) and the 3 key elements every successful pitch has. You’ll learn the most common pitching mistakes people make, key strategies you can use to make sure your pitch gets noticed in an overcrowded inbox, and exact verbiage and language to use to secure media placements and exciting collaborations for yourself and your biz.
We’ll also discuss how to go about making an “ask” in a way that feels good and generates results, so you can feel confident pressing send on a cold pitch email or calling a contact to ask for help.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll even get a chance to practice with the group!
