Your event happens once a year. Your marketing shouldn't.

Successful events stay connected to their community throughout the year. They build excitement, create loyalty, share what's coming, and give people clear reasons to commit early and get those dates on their calendars.

But when you're producing the event, that kind of consistent marketing can be really hard to keep up with.

You've got artists to book, hotel contracts to negotiate, schedules to finalize, and a dozen other things that need your attention. Keeping up with pricing deadlines and consistently emailing your list is usually the last thing on your priority list.

Then suddenly, your event is just a few weeks away. Ticket sales need a push. And you realize no one has emailed your list in months.

Now you're scrambling to figure out what to say.

Trying to find the login for your email platform. Digging through your camera roll for a decent photo. Frantically turning to ChatGPT to write something for you, and ending up with an email that sounds like every other event in your inbox.

Introducing

The Event Email Marketing System

It gives dance festivals, conferences, competitions, and other experience-driven events a complete 12-touchpoint email campaign built around your natural sales cycle—so your audience hears from you consistently, understands what's coming, and has more reasons to say yes when they're ready to buy.

You'll know what to send, when to send it, and what to say, while building stronger momentum and more consistent ticket sales around your event.

Meet Your Marketing Strategist, Brielle

I've spent years traveling to dance festivals and events around the world—first as an attendee who found my first Salsa Congress through a Google search in my college dorm room back in 2012, and later as a student, team director, and professional artist.

Over those 14 years, I've had the same frustrating experience again and again:

I wanted to go. I was ready to spend the money. But I couldn't find the information I needed to actually make the decision.

My interest was already there. I just needed the event to stay in touch, give me the information I needed, and make it easy to say yes.

Because I've spent my career building marketing strategies and systems for businesses and organizations, I could see that this wasn't just an attendee frustration—it was a problem I already knew how to solve.

The Event Email Marketing System brings that work to the community-driven experiences I genuinely love.

It's designed to close the gap between interest and commitment, and make it easier for the people who already want to come to actually say yes.

How It Works

A Complete System, Built in 6–8 Weeks

The entire process is designed to keep things simple and moving forward. We'll align on the strategy first, create the campaign as a whole, and give you two clear opportunities for feedback along the way.

  1. 01 — Strategy

    Week 1

You'll complete a short intake form and send over your event details, brand assets, photography, ticket links, pricing, and key deadlines.

Then we'll meet for a 90-minute Campaign Strategy Session to clarify your audience, positioning, strongest selling points, and the stories your campaign needs to tell.

  2. 02 — Messaging

    Week 2

I'll turn our strategy into your Messaging Blueprint, including your positioning, messaging pillars, voice, key calls to action, and campaign direction.

You'll have 7 business days to review it and submit one consolidated round of edits.

  3. 03 — Campaign Creation

    Weeks 3–5

Once the Messaging Blueprint is approved, I'll develop and write your complete 12-email campaign.

You'll review the campaign as a whole and have 7 business days to submit one consolidated round of edits.

  4. 04 — Design + Build

    Weeks 6–8

Once the copy is approved, I'll design and build your emails inside Mailchimp, test links and formatting, and finalize your annual touchpoint calendar.

  5. 05 — Handoff

You'll receive a complete email marketing system your team can begin using immediately—and return to again next year.
