What I Do

Big ideas need an organization capable of carrying them.

I help organizations build the strategy, infrastructure, systems, and ways of working that turn ambitious ideas into sustainable growth.

Brielle Friedman
Why Organizations Bring Me In

Organizations bring me in when something is changing, growing, or ready to work better.

Sometimes there’s a clear goal: increase sales, strengthen marketing, launch something new, improve the customer experience, or build a stronger brand.

Other times, the need is harder to name.

  • 01Everything takes more effort than it should.
  • 02Great ideas keep getting pushed aside by what’s urgent.
  • 03The organization has grown, but the systems haven’t grown with it.
  • 04People are at capacity.
  • 05The same sticking points keep resurfacing.
How I Look At The Work

Meaningful growth never belongs to one function.

I started my career in marketing, branding, positioning, and communications, but quickly learned to look across the whole organization.

Whether our work together begins in marketing, sales, customer experience, product positioning, or somewhere else entirely, the goal is always the same:

An organization with
  • 01Clearer Strategy
  • 02Stronger Systems
  • 03Less Friction
And more capacity for the creative, ambitious ideas that move it forward.
Start Here

Our work begins with an Initial Partnership.

I work alongside your team on a meaningful priority while learning your organization from the inside.

From there, I’ll recommend what will best support what you want to accomplish next, and the level of partnership needed to get there.

Ongoing partnerships are available at three levels: Strategic Thought Partner, Embedded Advisor, and Building Partner.

When possible, I recommend 60–90 minutes for our weekly strategy sessions, giving us enough space to move beyond updates and into meaningful strategy, problem-solving, and decision-making.

  • Light coordination with your team to keep priorities aligned and moving
I take on a limited number of Embedded Advisory relationships at a time to maintain the context and responsiveness this level of partnership requires.

W3
Integration
Same cadence, with finished work moving between touchpoints.
What’s Included +
  • Everything included in Strategic Thought Partnership + Embedded Advisor

  • A faster path from decision to finished work
Building Partnerships are intentionally limited to one organization at a time so I can stay deeply involved in both the strategy and the work itself.
How It Works

Designed For Strategy & Execution

Great strategy sets the direction. Thoughtful execution turns it into meaningful progress.

That’s why our work follows a simple monthly rhythm: three weeks of active collaboration, followed by one week for your team to execute and integrate.

Week 1
Active Collaboration
Week 2
Active Collaboration
Week 3
Active Collaboration
Week 4
Your Team Executes
Space to implement + integrate

The ResultFewer competing priorities, more follow-through, and space to see what’s working before we decide what comes next.

Build Your Engagement

Your Needs Will Change. Your Level Of Support Can Too.

Shift your level of support throughout the year based on what the organization needs: deeper when there’s something significant to build, and lighter as your team gains capacity and systems begin to carry more of the load.
