Your Next Chapter: Doing this With Others

You know how to recognize when you're out of alignment, disconnected, or in a heightened state, and you know how to bring yourself back. The next chapter is doing that in the room with someone else.

  • How do I recognize when someone else is operating from a Part and not their True Self?
  • What do I do to come back into connection with myself while I'm still with them?
  • How do I re-establish connection with the other person from there?
  • What do I actually say? The words, phrases, and scripts I can reach for in moments of intensity.

This is what we build next.

Relational Embodiment

A four-month chapter for learning to stay deeply connected to yourself while building a deeper connection with someone else.

You know how to recognize when you're out of alignment, disconnected, or in a heightened state. You know how to feel it in your body, sit with it, and bring yourself back. You've spent the last year building that capacity, and you now have real tools to support you in doing that.

Your next chapter is about doing that with someone else in front of you.

Because it's one thing to bring yourself back into connection when you're alone. It's another to stay embodied in your True Self while someone in front of you is operating from a Part, and yours is beginning to rise to meet theirs.

This is the chapter where you learn to stay connected to yourself while remaining connected to someone else. Together, we'll strengthen your capacity to move through discomfort without abandoning yourself, shutting down, or losing connection, so your relationships can become deeper, more honest, and more secure.

What we'll build

  • Recognize when someone else is operating from a Part rather than their True Self.
  • Notice what's happening between you and another person without abandoning yourself to keep the peace or bracing to protect yourself.
  • Come back into connection with yourself while you're still in the room with them.
  • Re-establish connection from a grounded, embodied place rather than from reactivity.
  • Develop practical language, phrases, and scripts you can reach for in moments of intensity, rather than trying to find the right words while activated.
